“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
The assault on raw milk and the family farm is of such clear evidence that America’s offices; Civil, Political and Military have been infused with corporate owned individuals that fully intend to subjugate “We the People” to a most unnatural slavishly servile way of life.
It is time to remove the corporate owned individuals from the offices of our government; Local, State and Federal by replacing them with individuals who will truly uphold their oath of office “To preserve and protect the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemy’s foreign and domestic”. Lest we forget the first three words are “We the People” not We the Corporations.
The violent actions by the FDA and its Monsanto owned food safety chief and former Monsanto lawyer Michael Taylor of kicking in doors and arresting farmers at gunpoint is at best ludicrous and unconstitutional, at worst portends our nation’s future unrecognizable as a land of free people’s but rather a people bound in chains to corporate masters.

We The People

The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic, a nation ruled by law, not men. The constitution is the contract that binds all people of America together “We The People. It is also the framework by which we shall build our laws and address our issues Domestically and Internationally.

The preamble, which is one sentence, “WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America, makes clear 3 things.

1. Who is established with the first 3 words most extrodinarely by setting the type many times large than the whole body of the constitution thus a tremendous emphasis on We the People. 2. How and What will be done by us We the People is the second part of the constitution. This establishes the various branches of office and how they will conduct themselves and their responsibilities. It also establishes in the first ten amendments the rights or as commonly known the “Bill of Rights” that cannot be taken away and will be observed at all times with subsequent amendments that address issues of national concern.

The preamble is in essence the agreement between all the people in the United States of America, be they citizen or non-citizen, documented or undocumented, straight or gay, religious or not religious and what we will work together to provide for all of us.

The rest of the Constitution is the framework and mechanism of accomplishing those goals through the rule of law not men. Those laws must serve all the people equally and be applied equally or they serve none of us.

“that’s the way it Was”

Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791.  

  1. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
  2. or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; 
  3. or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Watler Cronkite, Edward R. Murrow, Daniel Shore and other great journalist are long gone and removed from today’s airwaves. They have been replaced by corporate owned mouthpieces who no longer, nor are they capable of challenging people of power with a simple truth. 


Witness Keith Wagner a Tempe Corona Del Sol High School Journalist. What he does is spectacular in it’s simplicity.

  1. Ask a question
  2. Demand the truth
  3. challenge the lie

A nation of Keith Wagner’s would change America overnight.

Dear Kseniya

I am so glad that you persevered and worked through your doubt and fears with such great help and encouragement from your husband Igor.

Your artistry and story telling is so encouraging to me on my quest for world peace as it presents us with our human conflict of hate and love. My hope is that by presenting us with the outcome of hate being so distructive to the opportunity to love we will work harder for love.

As a Viet Nam Veteran from America I live with the horror of being part of a war machine that slaughtered over 5 million human beings with weapons of mass distruction and a continuing policy of destroying other countries peoples. It is such a haunting presence in my life leaving me homeless and distant from my family which, I believe is foundational to being human.

By illuminating the ravages of war and the beauty of compassion and love through your art perhaps human beings will be moved to a more peaceful way of life.

WE THE PEOPLE: Not Corporations

Our Hidden History of Corporations in the United States

First published February, 2000

When American colonists declared independence from England in 1776, they also freed themselves from control by English corporations that extracted their wealth and dominated trade. After fighting a revolution to end this exploitation, our country’s founders retained a healthy fear of corporate power and wisely limited corporations exclusively to a business role. Corporations were forbidden from attempting to influence elections, public policy, and other realms of civic society.

Initially, the privilege of incorporation was granted selectively to enable activities that benefited the public, such as construction of roads or canals. Enabling shareholders to profit was seen as a means to that end.

The states also imposed conditions (some of which remain on the books, though unused) like these:

* Corporate charters (licenses to exist) were granted for a limited time and could be revoked promptly for violating laws.

* Corporations could engage only in activities necessary to fulfill their chartered purpose.

* Corporations could not own stock in other corporations nor own any property that was not essential to fulfilling their chartered purpose.

* Corporations were often terminated if they exceeded their authority or caused public harm.

* Owners and managers were responsible for criminal acts committed on the job.

* Corporations could not make any political or charitable contributions nor spend money to influence law-making.

Oh those were the days
